Midlite Construction Ltd., a 100% Aboriginal Company, privately owned and operated by Rocky Buksa was incorporated in Alberta in 1989 with just a handful of employees. Today, twenty years later, Midlite maintains the small family company feel but boasts a team of over 120 and is the largest privately owned powerline construction company in Northern Alberta.

With over 20 years of experience, Midlite has gained the trust and respect of many of the major Utility and Oilsands Mining Companies in Alberta. From our early work with the two major Alberta Utility Companies on their 25kV overhead and underground circuits, our scope has grown to encompass all aspects of powerline, substation, and fiber optic construction & maintenance from 25kV to 260 kV as seen through our work with all the major Northern Alberta Petrochemical Companies.
